Attention: New Path to North Grounds
Starting August 31, 2024
Residents who use the University Village field to walk to North Grounds should use the newly mown path provided by University Village to avoid the UVA construction until further notice.

Rules:

Dumpsters are located throughout the community for residents’ use to dispose of household trash. If you have a large pick up that you need to schedule you may contact GFL directly at 434-296-6000 to arrange that pick up and payment.

No furniture (tables, chairs, carpeting couches, lamps) maybe put into the dumpsters.

Break down all boxes before putting in dumpster or recycling dumpster (located by unit 209).

If any trash and or furniture or other items are left beside the dumpster the responsible party will be billed for the removal of the items at a rate of $45 per hour with a one hour minimum.

Dumpster doors should remain closed at all times.

Parking

Please register your vehicle here so it is not towed

Each unit has two numbered or “designated” spaces per unit. If someone is parked in one of your designated spaces you may have them towed by calling Management during normal business hours or after hours call Morris Towing at 434-806-4944.

Short-term guests may park in unnumbered spaces. Long-term guests and/or residents with a third (3) car must park in the unnumbered spaces in front of the pool. Each unit is to have a maximum of 3 vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in clearly marked spaces.

All vehicles parked in Huntington Village must bear current tags and registration and must be operable on a state highway. All resident’s vehicles must be registered with the association to prevent residents being inadvertently towed.

No RV's, mobile homes, trailers, campers, buses, or boats may be parked or stored within Huntington Village without prior approval of the Board of Directors. Trailers are permitted for loading and unloading purposes only.

Motorcycles are NOT to be in storage areas, on patios or porches, or within 30 feet of a residential building, except in regular parking places.

All of us at Huntington Village enjoy our pets. Please help us keep common areas clean by picking up your pet's waste immediately and disposing of in the pet waste stations located throughout the complex.
